Shipping policy
Order Processing
At Sproutable, we aim to get your gardening supplies to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once
your order has left our facility.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international
shipping in the near future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking
information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: Sproutable is not responsible for packages that are
marked as delivered but are not received. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at
sprout@getsproutable.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
