Refund policy

At Sproutable, we take pride in the quality and utility of our seed-starting trays. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt with your return request.

Please note: Custom-colored items or items purchased as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Please email us at sprout@getsproutable.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind or incorrectly ordered items) to cover handling and processing costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us at sprout@getsproutable.com within 3 business days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue quickly for you.
Damaged items are eligible for a full replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
